The Office of the State Fire Marshall requires that in-unit fire alarm testing and sprinkler inspections be completed annually for life safety reasons. Access into each unit is for the inspection is required by California Fire Code. These inspections are mandatory and the City may levy a fine if access is not granted.

As this is pertaining to life safety equipment, the Association will be following the governing documents pertaining to right of entry. The Association will utilize any valid key on-file to gain access to each unit for the inspection. If you do not already have an emergency key or courtesy key on file with the Management Office, please provide one or arrange to have someone in your unit during the inspection.

Common area inspections and testing, as well as in-unit fire alarm and sprinkler inspections are scheduled to occur Monday, October 5^th through Friday, October 9^th, from 8AM-4:30PM. The detailed in-unit inspections schedule (scheduled for 10/6 – 10/8) will be distributed separately.

On Tuesday, August 25th from 5:30PM-7:30PM, Pacific Gate residents are invited to enjoy a hosted Happy Hour at Wild Hare Bar Garden! The evening includes one complimentary cocktail and a variety of appetizers. Residents may also purchase additional drinks and menu items, including selections from the Happy Hour menu. On Monday, July 27^th through Thursday, July 30^th, Personal Touch Janitorial Service will be power washing all levels of the parking structure. Please note that in order to have your space(s) cleaned, the vehicle(s) must be removed. Vehicles parked on the level below the scheduled service area will be covered with painter’s plastic to protect against water that may transfer through the slab. If you need to depart and your car is covered, you may place the plastic adjacent to your parking space and Janitorial will collect it at the end of the day. Working Hours will be 9AM-4:30PM.
